At the end of 2012 the nations of the world will gather in Dubai for the World Conference on International Communications to consider various changes to the regulations that define the framework for international communications. Its been twenty fives years since they were last revised and a lot has happened since then, most notably the Internet! The recently posted article, “It’s just not Cricket: Number Misuse, WCIT and ITRs” looks at some of the issues that have surfaced in the various preparatory meetings for this conference.
The March 2012 issue of IPJ is now published on this forum.
